I would really like to lean how to write HTML code. I know the basics to HTML, but I need help.

I recommend http://www.w3schools.com/xhtml/default.asp
This site will teach you how to write valid XHTML that should look the same in any browser. Besides, HTML is old. XHTML is a new, stricter and cleaner version of HTML.
