Hi everyone!

I'm hoping someone can help me out here. I've noticed my computer is lagging when starting up, and I wanted to repair it for a while. Usually, I'm okay with doing this by myself, but when I go to the normal setup (As you would, with repairing, and re-installing Windows) I get to this screen, and don't know where or what to do from here...

I've included a Screenshot of it, in the hopes someone out there can help.

Many thanks,

Jessica

You've gone into the Recovery Console rather than starting a repair install:
