Can I play Call Of Duty 4?

I want to purchase call of duty 4. But before doing so I wanted to know is it possible to play this game on my system? My system configuration is Compaq Presario SR1933IL desktop PC( CPU: Pentium D 2.8GHz,RAM:1GB DDR2,Graphics:On board ATI Radeon 200 series with ATI Hyper memory technology upto 256MB). I just wanted to play the game , I don't need details graphics. So please help me as soon as possible. :thumbsup:

Minimum and recommended system requirements for call COD 4. Taken from here.

MINIMUM CONFIGURATION

* 3D Hardware Accelerator Card required – 100% DirectX® 9.0a compatible 32MB Hardware T&L-capable video card and drivers*
* Pentium® III 700 or Athlon™processor or higher
* English version of Microsoft® Windows® 98/98SE/ME/2000/XP
* 128MB of RAM
* 8x Speed CD-ROM drive (1200KB/sec sustained transfer rate) and drivers
* 181MB of uncompressed free hard disk space (plus 200MB for Windows swap file)
* 100% DirectX® 9.0a compatible 16 bit sound card and drivers
* 100% Windows® 98/98SE/ME/2000/XP compatible mouse, keyboard and drivers
* DirectX® 9.0a (not included)

This configuration is for Call Of Duty 1 not for Call Of Duty 4(Modern Warfare) , I wanted to play the later.

yer should work fine
low to meduim graphics will probley work smooth
