BleepingComputer.com: problem in bluettoth usage

Hii friends,
I deleted btsendto_explorer.exe by mistake.
nw i have got ths file from some one who is also using bluetooth by WIDCOM
I am able accept files thru bluetooth. hwever i can send only to those who are there in 'my bluetooth places'
i.e wen i right click on a object n click send to-> bluetooth-> i dont get others option. i am able to send files only to the paires devices.
Can any one help

i am not able to reload the bluetooth drivers. so if anyone can tell a repair mechanism whr i dun need to reinstall drivers..
