BleepingComputer.com: 0x73dd11c7 referenced memory at 0x00000004 The memory could not be read

Hey everyone. I keep getting this dang error "0x73dd11c7 referenced memory at 0x00000004 The memory could not be read" then it tells me to click OK to terminate the program. I figured asking you guys here at bleepingcomputer because you guys are excellent at helping others with computer problems. Steps already done: I used something called Registry Easy and then fixed up from there and also made a backup. It does not seem like anything has changed though kinda slightly made the computer faster and reset my homepages. I am using Windows XP 2000 Service Pack 2
