I have noticed after saving JPEGS to Folders or in other places, . . .

When opening One it seems that is all I can do, that is open one at a time, . . if I open another,

the one that is open converts to the one that I have just opened, . .

Is there a way to open more than one Windows Picture ?

Are you using Windows? Because when I click on a jpeg from a folder, and then click on a second one in the same folder another window will open. If you use the navigate buttons in Photo Gallery a second window will not open.

You can also try Canon's ZoomBrowser. http://download.cnet.com/ZoomBrowser-EX/30...92_4-24035.html

It gives you the ability to compare up to four images side by side. There may be better programs out there, this is just what came with my camera.

Thanks for the reply.

My OS is Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition, if that's what you mean, but i don't get what you get, eventually I will check out your suggestion but, you don't necessarily need a camera to save a JPEG from Paint, when I go to open it by simply clicking on the icon, it always opens in windows picture and fax, and always allows only one frame, as stated if I open another it appears in the previous frame.

This seems to be a limitation of Windows Picture and Fax. Right click on any jpeg file & choose Open With, select Choose Program and highlight the program you want to use such as Paint. Make sure that there's is a check-mark in the Always use box if you want this to be a permanent change.
