I try to install wordperfect 6.1 in windows xp, a "cannot find shell.dll" message comes up. Tried the 16 bit fix but that did not solve the problem.

Any and all help would be appreciated for a new member. thanks in advance

tg1911. thank you for the response, which has helped. After downloading the file, I was able to install wordperfect 6.1, but I cannot open wordperfect, with the message "cannot find shwinb20.dll" The site which was helpful with the first problem does not show shwinb20.dll Anymore thoughts? Again thank you in advance as we are getting close, I think.

You can find that .dll here:
windll.com

Are you by chance using a Logitech mouse?
