BleepingComputer.com: PC keeps rebooting,PSU or MOBO issue?

Hi,

My computer keeps on rebooting just each time windows splash screen comes up.I can see it powers up successfully and post just as normal but when it is about to load windows, it would automatically reboot itself.I tried to boot into XP CD but nothing has changed.I can access bios settings normally and even windows advanced options however none of them has helped me get inside windows.Any effort and advice , thanks in advance.

Is the Recovery Console on this Windows CD?

If so...boot into it and run the chkdsk /r (space between k and /) command.

If the RC is not on this disk...did you intend to do a repair install or clean install of XP?

System manufacturer and model or motherboard manufacturer and model (if custom-built)?

Have you tried last known good configuration boot option?

Can you boot into safe mode?

I have tried each and every option except disable automatic reboot.There was no difference whether I booted into any of these options.It would always get stuck at windows logo,shut off then reboot.
RC is not on this CD,Ill try to boot into it for the second time then Ill get you updated with the result.Thanks
