My computer will not boot. I am running Windows XP Pro and fell victim to adware. Long story short - i deleted in safe mode but obviously fear I deleted something I needed because the "bleeping computer" will not re-boot. I favor restoring and wiping everything out but do not even know how to get there.
can anyone provide a suggestion?

Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better idiot-proof programs, and the Universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the Universe is winning.

1. Try doing a repair install
