try and explain a bit better when new members join and post in the introduction forum if people who use the chatroom post back e.g

hi such and such welcome to b.c
could i please direct you to our new user orienttion center
and also would like to make you aware of our wonderfulchatroom
it took me a few weeks here before i learned of the exsistence of the chatroom
this way new members are informed straight away thumbup2.gif

Hmmm

mz30 I am not sure at all that you have connected correctly to the bc chatroom. Did you use an irc client? Or have you used the java applet that the site here provides. It just seems a bit odd that you would find noone there at all.. at any given time there are between 20 and 30 people there.

hi pandy when i done my original post i just could not see any chat after i started chatting replies were there
i was actually speaking to people my posts after that were intended to try and spread the word
