Possibly some may already be aware of how to do this, but for those not familiar - here is how to do it.

For those who use Microsoft Word 2007 - it is nice to be able to EDIT and MAKE CORRECTIONS & DELETIONS
While In Print Preview!

While in "Print Preview" ' UN-CHECK' THE MAGNIFIER BOX located in the 'PREVIEW TAB' ON THE RIBBON.
This way we can while in print preview was to delete or change something -even a mis-spelled word- WITHOUT
HAVING TO CLOSE PRINT PRINt PREvIEW, AND GO BACK TO THE DOCUMENT to corect an error or even add something.
Do it all while in Print Preview - Word 2007.
Good Luck!
