I've had my Dell Inspiron notebook since about Feb. of this year. Everytime my window vista updates itself my computer crashes and has to go to a restore point. Is there anyway I can correct this without having to delete everything and starting over?
Step by step what happens:
1) Windows will update
2) I will restart the computer
3) The windows will begin the booting process
4) The computer then switches to a dark blue screen, the crash dumping screen
Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
