All webpage background gone..and PPT Background on all webapges no longer show up.

Here is the problem: All webpages' background doesn't display. My Yahoo mail is vanilla with no graphics. It even lost it's REPY ALL button. When I load powerpoint the background doesn't show unles I run it in slideshow mode.
I did deleted via virus scan file A0060895.exe if this has anything to do with it.

This is too wierd. What the heck is going on here? Any help greatly appreciated.
