attachment problem in gmail,yahoo...etc

hhhiiiii

I have broadband connection 256kbps........

however when I attach the files .doc file (file size in KB......) in GMAIL, YAHOO etc.. .........it takes more than 12-15 minutes OR sometimes it fails to attach the files.........




this proble is exists in both Internet explorer 7 and mozilla firefox 3.5.2
