Hi, hitting the Printscreen key works most of the time when capturing game screenshots to Paste into the Paint program, but sometimes all that pastes in is a black square, no picture.
Any suggestions? thanks

Can u explain a little ... Blank image or many small black squares in the picture?

Just a big black blank filling the whole screen, as if the capture hasn't captured anything

Try holding ALT key with print Screen or Shift key.

Okay thanks everybody, I asked the question on behalf of a mate of mine and i've been passing your replies on to him, but he says he's now solved it with FRAPS, so this thread is now finished..:thumbsup:

I asked my mate to explain how he did it and he replied-
"I downloaded fraps and used that to take my screenshots. Simple"
