IE Search Results Get Hijacked HIJACKING

I've been trying to fix this with anti-virus/spyware/adware programs all weekend. I do a search on IE (8.0) and get the
good results; however, when a click on the reults link, I'm taken to different shopping or anti-virus sites. None of the
various anti-virus/spyware/adware programs have worked to clean this. I have attached a HijackThis log file. The rest of IE seems to work OK.

With IE open...click Tools/Manage Addons.

What's listed under Search Providers?

Bing default enabled
YahooSearch (not available)

Well...I would remove Yahoo Search and I would not necessarily use Bing either.

As a test, I would remove both and assert Google as my default search engine.

I would also take a look at the items listed under Manage Add-Ons/Toolbars & Extensions. Installing some toolbars can often lead to undesireable browser impacts.

No luck. I click on one of the results for a search; and, instead of taking me to that site, it takes me to lowpricshoper.com of some anti-spam site. If I copy and paste the link from the search result listing, it works correctly. My homepage is NOT hijacked.

Try starting IE without Add-Ons, to do this right-click the IE icon and click Start without Add-Ons/
Secondly does the same happen (SE results hijacked) if you use another browser e.g Firefox, Opera Chrome..

Also what programs have you scanned with? Be sure to scan with:

Ran a number of anti/virus/spyware/adware programs including the ones JJ2K recommended. No luck. Deleted IE and re-installed IE 8 - no change. Will delete IE and planning to use Chrome as my preferred browser. Any other suggestions??
