Connected to network, sending information no problem, not recieving any No one else in the house has this problem, so wtf?

I have no firewall on, i've tried repairing, i've entered the IP address manually because my router wouldn't assign it automatically, I just want to know what the hell I have to do in order to just go on the internet. Christ, its all I want.
