Video problem

Symptom: Installed Visio 2007 and after rebooting, my monitor is not receiving an input signal.

I have run Everest diagnostics and the results are at the links below.

Except for seeing the screen on the attached monitor, the PC seems to be working otherwise. I can use it fine via Terminal Services.

I have removed, reinstalled, and upgraded my ATI video drivers, but it didn't fix the problem.

Seeking advice ...
