Hi there Jove. Do you have proper screen printing equipment? Have you screen printed before? It's fun! I did it in high school and I would love to do it again someday.

I think I have found an interesting thing for you to try. Check out this site here. http://www.dickblick.com/categories/screenprinting/#videos

If you click the Watch Related Videos link you will see an interesting video and demonstration. To answer your specific question. YES. You can print an image from your computer onto film using a laser printer or photocopier. This is called the Diazo Photo Emulsion process. He explains the different methods. The one I have tried is stencil printing. It looks really fun! I hope this helps. What are you trying to do?

Hello Pandy,

Thanks a bunch for you reply, I will go there and investigate, . .

I have cut stencils before and have an interest in graphic art, as I want to start an internet business and am doing most of the advertisement work, . . but the silk screen is pretty much unrelated, . . . oh, i don't know, I might do a tee-shirt for the biz, and possibly some other stuff.

Are you involved in graphic art ?

Is it a single color silkscreen? Anything more than that and i'd be lost.

I hardly know how to silkscreen, but I did do it in grade school, so I have the general idea of how it works.

I would like to be doing some graphic arts, let's say it that way. I had done multi-colored prints in school. That was the stencil method. It was fun. I hope you get something figured out.

Pandy May I ask you, I may be mistaken but I went to your art work very briefly, and I gather that you are a recent high school grad ?

The reason I am asking is I see that you are in a Global Moderator Group, with over 6 thousand Posts, . . wow, . .! What gives ?
