Anyway to Hide programme from MSconfig Hide Startup programmes in MSconfig(Not Disable)

I searching on internet for many months but i cant find how to hide program from msconfig.
I just want to run Bit torrent programme on every time anybody startup PC but i dont want them to know.
Because they will shut it down. SO anyway to run programme on startup but not appear in MSconfig.
They always check in MSconfig and disable it.

They don't want it to run because they don't want their computer infected
Think about the consequences
