factory restore on windows xp w/no disk

:thumbsup: I am losing my mind. I'm using an older computer, a Dell Dim 3000 and I want to do a factory restore but I don't have the restart disk or what ever. I have no idea what do to. This computer is running slow and is only about 2-3 years old! Please help before I throw this thing off the nearest bridge!!!
