I have a windows 2000 computer. I got an adware blue screen with the "trojan-spy.html.smitfraud.c" message. I have gone through some of the bullitin boards and done the things that everyone says to do. SPybot, adaware, ccleaner, ewido, and now when i run a hijack this there is absolutely nothing there. all virus scans are clean and spybot and adaware both show nothing. My problem is that now when i boot the computer, it logs on and then all i get is a light blue screen. no icons or task bar. and right clicking on the mouse does nothing. the only way i can do anything is to ctrl-alt-delete and do it through the task manager. I don't know if I am missing something or if I accidently deleted something I wasn't supposed to or what is going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Dangme60 |
