Hello, I am having an error message on my Windows Vista Home Premeium Laptop whenever I try to install certain things on my laptop. For example, I try to upgrade my version of iTunes, but I can't because I get a message saying: "Unable to access Network Location %APPDATA%\. I am not sure what this message is, but it won't let me install or uninstall programs. I have tried Windows Installer Clean-up, but when I try that, i still get the same error message. I would really appreciate the help, thanks!

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
