I recently moved my desktop away from my cable modem and installed a Linksys Range Plus PCI Adapter instead of hard wiring the computer to my netgear WGT 634 wireless router. I have since tried to print using my Canon S600 that is wired to the Dell Dimension 4400 through the LP1 port. I never had a problem before when it was wired to the router and I have tried to print from both my laptop and my wife's so I know it is in the Dimension. Also I can print at the office of that wireless network printer from my laptop. When I click on properties for the printer from the laptops I get the message: "Printer properties cannot be displayed. The print spooler service is not running." If I print direct from the desktop it prints fine though. Any ideas?
