I have recently purchased a bluetooth dongle. it came with windigo XTND blue manager software.

I can install the software no problem. When I insert the BT dongle into any of my USB ports the hardware wizard runs, it detects a USB device but then says it cant install it. I have tried looking on the disc for a driver but cant see any.

Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong

many thanks

when the hardware wizard comes up, instead of choosing find the drivers automatically, click install the drivers from a specific location. Then choose the cd drive where the actual cd is in. And then check also look and navigate to the folder you installed the software in.
