Registry problem

Hi
Every time I turn on my computer, a blue screen appears and a program named "registry checker" is scanning the file C:/Windows/system.dat.
At the end of the process it says that this file has been repaired, but the problem is that this program keeps running every time I turn on my computer (and not when i reboot windows).

What can I do to sole this annoying problem?
