BleepingComputer.com: Issue with TightVNC

I have TightVNC server installed on my home computer, service installed and all, and I have forwarded all the necessary ports and opened my firewall for them as well. However, when I attempt to remote in from work using the Java viewer over http, I get the error "Network error: remote side closed connection." I have used this software before and it has worked for me (offering remote tech support for a small business I work with), but even then, 2 out of the 5 computers have given me the same issue. I have scanned the ports and they are open and I have also set up my router to assign a reserved (static) ip to the computer I am trying to access. I am able to use my bittorrent client's web ui with no trouble as well. Any help?
