What lines items am I searching

So am I searching all the line items that come up in Autoruns or just the one under HKLM\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run?

I am trying to follow the "Slow computer checklist." I could not tell from the Autoruns tutorial If I am just researching the files under the currentversion\run or the whole list.

I am trying to do what I can, before I post for help on my slow computer.
