i am having trouble getting themes i have downloaded to work
after i have downloaded the theme i have un-zipped and moved the files to c:\windows\resources\themes which every site has told me to do that , then click on change theme in control panel, i also have done this, but the theme will not show up in the bar and when i browse to open the file it wont let me open it .
i have vistaglazz installed and checked to allow automatic patching so i can use custom themes , but it still wont work
anyone give me some advise please
