Hello, I was wondering what the customary wait time is before your logs is review and you are helped. I understand that moderators are volunteers and help multiple people at once, I appreciate their assistance. I just wanted to get an idea for how long the wait in queue is?

Thank you for the link. The reason why this question was posed was that I saw another user with the same virus ask for help two days after my post but they received help almost immediately. I thought that help was in the first come first serve order, thank you for the clarifications.
