how to download pictures uploaded on my ipod back to my computer

Recently my wife accidentally restore my computer to manufacturer's original setting and wiping out all my files. luckily i uplaoded all the pictures on my ipod a few weeks earlier and now i am wondering how to down load those picture back into my computer.

please help. Peter
