Notepad fails to start up...

Running it under OllyDBG without modification, it works perfectly.

Unrelated - anyone else find the time it takes to load the start menu and the right click menu for files in explorer to be ridiculous?

The error message states "The system cannot find the file C:\WINDOWS\system32\notepad.exe"
Have you checked if notepad.exe is in your systems32 folder?
