Can someone tell how to check if my drivers are up to date?

What system do you have? Make and Model? Product number or serial would help as well.

Well on the Tower it will say Dell, HP etc etc? Round the back it should have a model number?

Or was your system a custom build?

FWIW: If the system is not having any functionality problems...there is no logical reason to update drivers, contrary to what many seem to think.
