No Active Network Adapter Found

i have been havin this problem for a month now..but i always use restore..and it works then after a week it goes back to same problem....no matter how much i use system restore.. and all my firewall and anitvirus are turned off automatically

But the another weird thing is..i can use internet on safe mode.....
it only jus doesnot work on Normal mode and thats what i get using normal mode............

I guess that I don't know what you mean by "restore." System restore in XP? Restore CDs or partition?

Have you tried simply deleting the listed device...then rebooting and reinstalling the drivers for the system NIC?

System manufacturer and model?
