run32dll problem

After a virus attack (looks like i'm clean now) I've been left with a "run32dll has encountered a problem and had to clse" error on startup. Can anyone give me some advice on ttracking down the problem and fixing it?
It doesn't seem to affect the computer at the moment but would like to get it sorted.
