BleepingComputer.com: 3.25Ghz CPU with sustained write 70mb/s SSD... Which is the bottleneck?

I have an SSD with sustained write of up to 70 mb/s by OCZ and an intel dual core 3.25Ghz processor (carefully overclocked from 2.8Ghz). If I upgrade the processor, will it do nothing to increase the speed of the computer? Which is the bottleneck? The SSD or the processor?

You are overlooking the possibility of the memory.
You mention the CPU & SSD but not the memory, motherboard, video card, or power supply.

A computer is only as fast as it's slowest component.
If it is under powered it is not going to function at full potential either.

What makes you think your computer is "slow" ?

Let's get a idea of how fast it is & where your "bottleneck" is at.

Download PC Wizard & install it ,

Open it
at the bottom click on Benchmark
On the benchmark page click the upper lefy icon that looks like a computer tower with a clock on it.
Don't move the mouse or the keyboard until it is done .
When it is finished post the results from the top box.

The main storage HD/SSD is ALWAYS the bottleneck of any PC, not counting the optical drives.
