My friend is having an issue, She has a Dell computer tower which came with Vista but she downgraded to XP, I recently upgraded it back to Vista and it worked fine until a week or so ago and now it wont open folders or programs very often, its crashing a lot and nothing seems to work. Im having to use task manager [if that even loads] to sort it out,
Ive ran a scan with Bitdefender and Superanti spyware and nothing. Im have defragged and etc, nothing seems to be working?
