root certificate missing error root ki hase been removed but still getting this error message

Stang,

I think it worked!

I changed my clock back to the 15th, reinstalled the removal tool and ran it.

This time I got a different error message: "this application failed to start because VSUTIL.dll was not found. reinstalling the application may fix this problem."

I assumed this meant I was going to have to reinstall or upgrade Zone Alarm before removing it. But when I hit OK another message came up saying I needed to reboot to complete the removal. So I did. Then I changed my clock back to the current date and rebooted again to see what would happen. It rebooted with no error messages!

I assume this means the problem is solved. Thank you!

:flowers: Awesome! Glad you got your problem solved. Thanks for the backup Stang. . . having a ZA user on board definitely made this a lot simpler than it was going to be :thumbsup:
