Where to get Hyper Terminal in Windows Vista

HI
I got Compaq Presario CQ50 laptop running windows Vista Premium I was suppose to connect to a router using a hpyer terminal, I failed to get this services under windows vista, could it be hidden else where? or this program didn't come with windows vista, is it possible to downloadd and install in vista

"You could also use the old XP Hyper terminal. Just extract two files hypertrm.dll and hypertrm.exe. You can put them anywhere on the disk, no installation required. Of course, for that you need to have XP to extract files from."
