How do I remove the nag in AVG Free
It pops up even if you have one or two or more pop-up blockers running and I cannot get to it quickly enuff to ABP/Block it.
So - where does it live in my 'puter?

Can I kill it? And don't give me any platitudes, snide remarks and "you-got-what-you-paid-for's" just this ONE TIME, OK?

It's not a platitude, snide remark or even a you get what you pay for comment. But discussion of this type of activity is against the forum rules. Because the AVG EULA states.

Quote

b. Limitations

You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to,
<snip>
(vii) defeat or circumvent, attempt to defeat or circumvent, or authorize or assist any third party in defeating or circumventing controls on the installation or use of copies of the Software.

And our forum rules state:

Quote

No subject matter will be allowed whose purpose is to defeat existing copyright or security measures. If a user persists and/or the activity is obviously illegal the staff reserves the right to remove such content and/or ban the user
