How do I remove the nag in AVG Free

How do I remove the nag in AVG Free
It pops up even if you have one or two or more pop-up blockers running and I cannot get to it quickly enuff to ABP/Block it.
So - where does it live in my 'puter?

Can I kill it? And don't give me any platitudes, snide remarks and "you-got-what-you-paid-for's" just this ONE TIME, OK?

It's not a platitude, snide remark or even a you get what you pay for comment. But discussion of this type of activity is against the forum rules. Because the AVG EULA states.

And our forum rules state:
