I have a program called DVDit and I open the program and it says that my screen resolution is too small and i won't be able to see everything. I was wondering is there a way I see everything by getting a scrollbar or something so i can see everything?

The program probably has a fixed-size window, so no scroll bars. A scroll bar is written into the program and can't be added later to a fixed-size program window.
You have to change the resolution to a higher setting. Most people use either 800 x 600 for a 14-inch screen, or 1024 x 768 for a 17-inch screen. The setting is changed with a 'slider' in Control Panel - Display - Settings (screen resolution).

Right Click on your desktop then choose properties then click the settings tab now set you resolution to at least 1024 X 768 and your Color Quality to the best your video card supports.
