My computer has been randomly crashing during gameplay, regardless of what game is running. I downloaded the debugger and analyzed one of the .dmp files:

I did not see the blue "analyze" link. The locale id is 1033 & I've already made sure my drivers are updated. I don't know where to go from here!

Can you giveus some computer specs? What AV are you running? What games? i know you said it didn't matter what game you ran, but would that include solitaire or crazy 8's? Are you playing FPS's, RPG's, or what? Are you crashing while playing online or playing solo? Or both lol? How long do you play before it crashes?

The crashes occur when the computer is running "The Sims 2" and "World of Warcraft." It usually occurs after the game has been running between 10 and 30 minutes, regardless of whether it's solo or online. Sorry I'm not sure what AV is :-( LOL

Now I am getting an error message saying:

"Your power management system is missing a driver.

The model name of your power management system is abit uGuru 3.1X."

I've attempted to DL these drivers several times but they end up being empty .zip folders! >.<

Do you over clock? Do you even use the uGuru? BTW looks like the uGuru is your problem. Your dump file that you posted suggests a hardware conflict and the last message you posted confirms it.

Read this thread for informational purposes and if I were you, I'd get rid of the UGuru. The nVidia Mobo's have something similar called nTune, and it doesn't work right on Vista either. Personally, I don't see how having the ability to "overclock on the fly" is anything I need or want.

AV is short for Anti Virus. I asked about it because when I played COD4 and CODWAW online, several different AV's caused my computer to crash. I finally found one (Avast! free edition) that didn't cause me to crash. LOL It doesn't matter though becasue you are crashing in both online and solo modes.
