I am fixing a friends computer. He has a HP with Vista 32 bit installed. He was getting the error message err2 err3. I tried to perform disk check. I put in some boot fix commands into the command prompt and tried the start up repair, but nothing worked. I then proceeded to install a fresh copy of Vista again. Once it installed, the PC still would not boot up. Now the cursor just flashes in the top left part of the screen. Would appreciate some help. Thanks.
