Hi, I m using a CQ40 series of Compaq and just downloaded a software(Web Data Extractor) but keep getting a notification that the program has stopped working. Pls find below the problem signature and help out.

I would uninstall it and download it again
Did you check the system requirements to make sure it will work with your OS?

Thanks for the help. Have actually uninstall and re installed this program over 10 times but still no success. I have also checked the website of the software to check the requirement and it states that vista can run this program. Pls find the url: http://www.webextractor.com/ . I almost frustrated as I am still waiting to hear from the support team of the software.
