I'm currently looking for a program that will allow me to add some animation to a video. I'm in the military and I have a video of some training I did. Problem is most people don't really know what they are looking at in this video when I try to explain where in the video I am. I want to add something like an arrow pointing at me.

Any Suggestions?

You can try Ulead COOL 3D Production Studio. I think you may be able to do what you want with it. Also, try MainActor or VideoWave. Avid Xpress Studio is awesome, but costs over 5 grand! Check out download.com and search video editing for your OS. They usually have some free or inexpensive downloads that would work just fine.
