How to uninstall Bit Defender completely?
After uninstalling it leaves 1 file behind
C:\Program Files\Softwin\BitDefender10\bdshelxt.dll
When I try to delete it manually it tells:
It is right protected or is being used

All of the anti virus programs have removal tools that you can find on their websites. I'm sure Bit Defender has one too. I suggest you download Revo Uninstaller instead. It will completely remove anything. I use it all the time and it works great.

That file provides Bitdefender shell extension (right click and select, scan this folder/file) in Windows Explorer. It should be removed automatically after restarting the computer.
