am having trouble shutting fully down

got windows millenium on my harddrive and when i try to shut down and turn off computer i am not getting the save to shut of computer screen no more any ideas on how to work out why its doing this :thumbsup:

There's a web site Troubleshooter and try the solutions.

It's a case of trial and error to find the cause.

I vaguely remember a issue and a patch or 3 for this.
Check microsofts faqs for this issue with ME
