Help, uploading my site please newbie needs help

i bought a flash template and i need to upload it but don't know which files/folders to upload and where on server please

It depends on the operating system on the server, any custom configurations by the hosting company, etc. In other words, there are thousands of possible answers to that question. So let's start out with, who is your hosting provider?
