IMHO Norton Internet Security is one of the best for user-friendly protection. The new Kaspersky Internet Security is also very interesting with loads of features, but a bit more complex.

But along with a bit of common sense, most of the reputable antiviruses would keep you safe, such as F-Secure, ZoneAlarm, McAfee, etc.

The latest version of Comodo CIS v3.10.531 is the best and easiest to operate yet and better still it is free.
