How to read markings on KVM Cable

I'm coming up zeroes on google for this particular product. Couple e-bay results is all, and it's not quite what I have plugged into my machine. Maybe I need more info off the cable to identify it better.

RU (r is reversed)

80 C
30 V

I've guessed that "E119932" is the part number, and the 80C and 30V are temp and voltage capacities. But what's the rest of it? And will any of it help me better find a replacement product?
